General questions

Everything you need to know before starting a course project with us.

We design and develop a wide variety of courses, including self-paced online programs, instructor-led virtual workshops, blended learning curricula, corporate onboarding sequences, and certification preparation tracks. Our team has experience across industries such as technology, healthcare, finance, creative arts, and professional development. Whether your course is a 30-minute micro-learning module or a 40-hour certification program, we tailor our process to fit your goals and audience.

Timelines depend on the scope and complexity of the project. A straightforward five-module course with text-based content and quizzes can be completed in four to six weeks. More complex programs involving custom video production, interactive simulations, and multi-language support may take eight to twelve weeks. During the discovery phase, we provide a detailed project timeline with milestones, so you always know what to expect and when each deliverable will be ready for review.

Not necessarily. Many of our clients come to us with raw expertise but no structured content. Our instructional designers will conduct interviews, review any existing materials you have — slide decks, notes, blog posts, recorded webinars — and transform them into a cohesive curriculum. If you already have polished content, we can focus on structuring, enhancing, and packaging it for the best learner experience.

We work with all major LMS platforms, including Teachable, Thinkific, Moodle, Canvas, LearnDash (WordPress), Kajabi, and Podia. We also produce SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 compliant packages for enterprise LMS environments such as SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, and Docebo. If you use a custom-built platform, our developers can integrate content via API or standard export formats.

Every project includes two rounds of revisions at each major milestone — blueprint, content draft, and final build. This means you have multiple opportunities to provide feedback and request changes before we move to the next phase. Additional revision rounds can be arranged at a reasonable hourly rate if needed, though our structured feedback process means most clients find two rounds more than sufficient.

Absolutely. We deliver all editable source files — including slide decks, video scripts, graphic design files, and quiz banks — so you can make updates independently. If you prefer hands-off maintenance, we offer ongoing retainer plans that include quarterly content refreshes, analytics reporting, and platform updates. Many clients choose this option to keep their courses current without diverting internal resources.

Yes. We offer end-to-end video production, from scripting and storyboarding to filming, editing, and post-production. For clients who prefer to record on their own, we provide detailed filming guides covering lighting, audio, framing, and teleprompter tips, and then we handle all post-production including motion graphics, captions, and branding overlays. We can also produce animated explainer videos and screen-capture tutorials.

We understand that business priorities can shift. If you need to pause, we can hold your project for up to 60 days at no additional cost. For cancellations, you will only be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date. All completed deliverables remain yours. We outline these terms clearly in our project agreement before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
